Bigger Chest Pocket to fit bigger phones
ZIPPKOOL®HVN-510U
High Visibility Short Sleeve Cooling Jacket
A safety vest with built-in fans, made for full-shift heat
Two fans draw outside air into the garment and channel it across your torso, so sweat evaporates instead of pooling. One battery runs up to 20 hours, long enough for a full shift plus overtime, and the rear opening lets your harness's dorsal D-ring pass through without bunching the fabric. ANSI/ISEA 107 Class 3 hi-vis is built in, not layered on top.

FAQ
Questions about the HVN-510U
The specification and compatibility questions that come up most.
Which battery does this use?
LI-PRO1U, rated 6–20 hours depending on output level. ETL Certified by Intertek, an OSHA-recognized NRTL.
Can I wear this with a fall-protection harness?
Yes. A rear opening lets the dorsal D-ring pass through to the outside, so a lanyard or SRL attaches normally.
Is this Class 2 or Class 3?
Class 3 — specified for roadway and traffic-proximate work. Need Class 2 instead? See the HVN-400U.
